Retirement means the end of the legal period of the employee’s career, i.e. the legal end of the work relationship and it is considered as one of the most important rights of the employees. This division is concerned with following up the ages of employees in accordance with the adopted decisions that confirm their ages being listed in their personal files and address the university presidency formally for the purpose of transferring them to retirement according to the Law of the University Service and the amended Law Retirement No. 9 in 2014 and issuing their disconnection orders and addressing the retirement commission after organizing the employees’ service book to specify the pension.
