Receiving reports and observations received from external regulators (Ministry/ Federal Audit Bureau) through the department and send them to the institute or college concerned and follow up the response of the formations to the reports and note the extent of the answers to all paragraphs and observations contained in the reports and send the answers to the concerned authorities and contribute to the audit work on the budget accounts and according to the task schedule prepared by the department and participation in the supervisory visits to the institutes and colleges affiliated to the university through the task forces formed in the department and to answer the inquiries received from the university formations to carry out the work assigned by the head of the department and related to the supervisory work.
