Continuing education is a means to unlock full potential, achieve self-realization, acquire new knowledge, and contribute to the success of the educational process. Our university’s Continuing Education Department is dedicated to developing specialized training and educational courses for professors and university staff, aiming to enhance their professional skills. The courses organized by the department cover skill acquisition related to management, computer applications, Arabic and English languages, and other activities that increase the experience of university personnel, elevating their job performance by providing essential skills.
Vision:
The department aspires to excel in the fields of community service, training, and lifelong learning within a creative academic and professional environment. It is managed with a scientific curriculum based on the principles of comprehensive quality, continuous development, and innovation in higher education and scientific research. The goal is to achieve excellence in community service and continuing education in all specialties, both locally and regionally.

The message of continuing education revolves around keeping pace with the spirit of the times in all its aspects and across all fields. It involves contributing to providing an educational, academic, and professional environment for all members of society by optimally utilizing all available resources within and outside the university. This is achieved through offering distinguished educational and academic programs and consultations at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in various scientific and knowledge fields. The aim is to enhance skills, build research capabilities, and make optimal use of all available resources to create a conducive learning environment for all members of society.
Goals and Objectives:
- Achieving the vision, mission, and goals of the University of Al-Hamdaniya in the field of training and education.
- Emphasizing the principle of working as a cohesive team for the success of all educational programs.
- Providing services to various segments of society in the areas of continuing education, raising scientific and technical qualifications, and overseeing the implementation of what the university units offer in these fields.
- Opening opportunities for university faculty members to participate in workshops, seminars, lectures, and other activities that contribute to serving the community across all disciplines.
- Designing educational and training programs and continuously improving services through regular review to achieve the principle of continuous development.
- Enhancing the digital educational culture among learners and continuous interaction with the requirements of the labor market and the needs of stakeholders, following a procedural approach for excellence and tracking the impact of our educational outputs.
- Strengthening the university’s role in producing and transferring knowledge and skills to serve the community.
