The tasks of the Public Relations Division are to communicate with the public relations units of the corresponding university colleges in the province, receive guests, coordinate with the service departments, prepare the program of their visit, in cooperation and coordination with the concerned authority and supervise the preparation and holding of celebrations as well as communicate with the scientific departments in order to facilitate visits with the various government departments in the province.
